To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer.
Only partial refunds are given in certain situations (if applicable)
* Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or have parts missing for reasons not due to our fault.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery. Refunds (if applicable)
When we have received and checked your return, we will email you to let you know that we have received the item you have returned. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or the original payment method will be automatically credited.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take time for your refund to appear.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
If you've done all of these and still haven't received a refund, please contact us at shop@visiaid.de.
Refunds can only be made for regular-priced items; unfortunately, promotional items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email to shop@visiaid.de and send the item to: Hauptstraße 43, Königstein im Taunus, Hessen, 61462, Germany.
