Refund policy



Our right of return is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if your purchase was more than 30 days ago, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned at all. Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift certificates
* Software products for download

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer.

Only partial refunds are given in certain situations (if applicable)

* Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or have parts missing for reasons not due to our fault.

When we have received and checked your return, we will email you to let you know that we have received the item you have returned. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds can only be made for regular-priced items; unfortunately, promotional items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchange (if applicable)

You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost for the return will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you live.
If you're shipping an item over € 75, consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.
