Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Some items are completely excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
* Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds can only be given for regular priced items; sale items are unfortunately excluded from refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at shop@visiaid.de and send the item to: Hauptstraße 43, Königstein im Taunus, Hessen, 61462, Germany.

You must bear the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns from outside the EU
In the case of returns from countries outside the European Union, especially from the Swiss Confederation, a refund will only be made for the value of the goods. Shipping costs paid by the customer or advanced by us, customs duties, import taxes, or similar additional costs will not be refunded and remain the responsibility of the customer.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.
If you are shipping an item valued over €75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
